Moncton – Students at New Brunswick Community College (ÐÇ¿Õ´«Ã½) will have the opportunity to benefit from one of Europe’s culinary trendsetters - thanks to a new partnership with the Hector J. Bravo Culinary & Pastry Arts Academy. The partnership will explore opportunities for collaboration in culinary and pastry programming, with a vision of making ÐÇ¿Õ´«Ã½ and New Brunswick a hub and trendsetter for international culinary and pastry training in North America.
“ÐÇ¿Õ´«Ã½ aims to welcome more learners to programs that respond to learner aspirations and labour market needs,” said Marilyn Luscombe, ÐÇ¿Õ´«Ã½ President and CEO. “Partnerships with industry leaders, such as the Hector J. Bravo Culinary & Pastry Arts Academy. are important in helping us achieve these goals.”
